Herb Tea Blending

Herbal Medicine Tea Making

Join me for this fun session where you make your own blends of herb teas to suit your needs.

We will have a wide range of dried herbs to choose from and even some empty teabags to fill with different blends.
Perhaps you would like some sleep tea, or a cold and flu tea, or maybe a digestive tea or a few bags of each?

The session will run on Saturday 22nd Feb from 12:30 to 2:30
The cost is £20 per person to include one pack of 20 empty tea bags to fill as you please.

Extra tea bags are £4.00 per pack of 20 and extra loose herbs to take home are available at :
£4.50 per 100g
£2.50 per 50g

I will give handouts and ideas for blends including actions and uses for the herbs.

Splitting skin on my fingers
Location: West Sussex. I suffered eighteen agonising months of the skin on my fingers splitting for no apparent reason….. suddenly a stinging pain and I could watch my skin split open and bleed..not only on my finger tips but anywhere on my fingers. No to Statins
I am so pleased I was introduced to Andrea Hughes as my Doctor prescribed Statins and I had bad side effects in the liver. Since seeing Andrea and taking the Herbs my cholesterol levels have gone down considerably with no side effects. She also added extra herbs to help relieve Arthritis in my wrist which is no longer a problem. I have just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and again she has helped me. Thanks Andrea.

Staying off Anti-Depressants
I will always be grateful for having met Andrea. I was introduced to her some years ago for help in coming off antidepressants which I had been taking on and off for years. Following almost 20 years of surgery, antibiotics and steroids for sinusitis, I became extremely run down, caught Pneumonia and almost died. I spent 10 days in hospital.
